Urtaran (PNV) reitera su oferta para que el PSE entre en el Gobierno municipal de Vitoria

15/06/201513:01 h.El alcalde de Vitoria, Gorka Urtaran (PNV), ha reiterado que las puertas del Gobierno municipal están "abiertas" al PSE-EE, y ha anunciado que en los próximos días hablará con todos los partidos del Ayuntamiento para buscar acuerdos de "estabilidad". Urtaran, además, ha expresado su "respeto" hacia la decisión del exalcalde Javier Maroto (PP) de no acudir a la primera Junta de Portavoces de la legislatura.
Urtaran ha presidido este lunes las primeras reuniones de la Junta de Gobierno y de la Junta de Portavoces del Ayuntamiento de Vitoria, después de haber sido proclamado alcalde este pasado sábado con el apoyo de 14 de los 25 concejales del Consistorio.
El alcalde, que sustituye a Javier Maroto --quien no ha logrado los apoyos necesarios para ser reelegido pese a haber encabezado la lista más votada en las elecciones--, ha insistido en que se siente "tranquilo" pese a la decisión del PSE de no apoyar su candidatura, que finalmente salió adelante gracias al apoyo del PNV, EH Bildu, Sumando-Hemen Gaude e Irabazi.
Urtaran, al igual que hizo este pasado domingo, ha manifestado que la decisión del PSE en Vitoria "trasciende del ámbito municipal". Asimismo, ha destacado que la relación con los representantes del PSE en Vitoria y Álava es "buena".
Por ese motivo, se ha mostrado "optimista" respecto a la posibilidad de que el acuerdo general de apoyo mutuo suscrito entre el PNV y el PSE para el conjunto de Euskadi pueda cumplirse en lo que se refiere a la entrada de los socialistas en el Gobierno municipal de la capital alavesa. El alcalde ha destacado que las puertas de su gabinete "siguen abiertas" al PSE.

Además, ha anunciado que en los próximos días iniciará una ronda de contactos con todos los partidos del Consistorio, con el objetivo de buscar otras "fórmulas de colaboración" que doten de "estabilidad" a un gobierno "plural". Urtaran ha reiterado su disposición a ser "un alcalde de acuerdos" y ha asegurado que actuará con "generosidad" ante las aportaciones que le planteen el resto de grupos.
El alcalde ha expresado su "respeto" hacia la decisión de su antecesor en el cargo, Javier Maroto (PP) --que este lunes ha participado en un acto en Madrid--, de no asistir a la primera Junta de Portavoces de la legislatura en el Ayuntamiento de Vitoria.
RESPUESTA A DE ANDRÉS
Igualmente, ha asegurado "respetar" las opiniones del diputado general de Álava en funciones, Javier de Andrés, que le ha acusado de "arrebatar" la Alcaldía al PP y ha ironizado con su apellido, escribiéndolo precedido por una 'h' --en alusión al verbo 'hurtar'-- en un mensaje de una red social. El alcalde del PNV ha recordado a De Andrés que el PP "gobierna en 170 ayuntamientos" del Estado español "sin ser la lista más votada".
Por otra parte, ha anunciado que ya ha adoptado sus primeras decisiones en el Ejecutivo municipal, entre las que se encuentra el nombramiento de Alfredo Iturritxa como coordinador general de Medio Ambiente y Urbanismo, y de Blanca Guinea como coordinadora general de la Alcaldía. El alcalde ha lanzado un mensaje de "tranquilidad", ya que el Ayuntamiento está funcionado "correctamente".
