Trump tacha de "injusto" el sistema judicial estadounidense tras el fallo sobre los 'dreamers'

10/01/201815:36 h.Trump anunció esta controvertida medida contra los 'dreamers' en septiembre de 2017, pero un juez ordenó el martes a la Administración que reanude la admisión de solicitudes en el marco del DACA. Trump considera que el programa perjudica el acceso de estadounidenses al mercado laboral y contradice las políticas migratorias.
La última sentencia "demuestra a todos lo roto e injusto que es nuestro sistema judicial cuando la otra parte de un caso (por ejemplo el DACA) siempre va al Noveno Circuito y casi siempre gana, para luego perder en instancias superiores", ha denunciado Trump.
La portavoz de la Casa Blanca, Sarah Sanders, también ha expresado en un comunicado sus críticas a la "indignante" sentencia, ya que considera que "un asunto de esta magnitud debe seguir el proceso legislativo normal". En este sentido, ha subrayado que Trump sigue "comprometido con el Estado de Derecho" y trabajará con los dos partidos para "lograr una solución permanente que corrija las acciones inconstitucionales adoptadas por la anterior Administración".
