As I said today and many times before, “I have GREAT confidence in MY intelligence people.” However, I also recognize that in order to build a brighter future, we cannot exclusively focus on the past – as the world’s two largest nuclear powers, we must get along! #HELSINKI2018— Donald J. Missed opportunity by President Trump to firmly hold Russia accountable for 2016 meddling and deliver a strong warning regarding future elections.— Lindsey Graham (@LindseyGrahamSC) 16 de julio de 2018
This answer by President Trump will be seen by Russia as a sign of weakness and create far more problems than it solves. (1/3)
"by securing future elections from foreign influence and interference, regardless of what Vladimir Putin or any other Russian operative says." (2/3)— Senator Hatch Office (@senorrinhatch) 16 de julio de 2018
I never thought I would see the day when our American President would stand on the stage with the Russian President and place blame on the United States for Russian aggression. This is shameful.— Jeff Flake (@JeffFlake) 16 de julio de 2018
For the president of the United States to side with President Putin against American law enforcement, American defense officials, and American intelligence agencies is thoughtless, dangerous, and weak. The president is putting himself over our country.— Chuck Schumer (@SenSchumer) 16 de julio de 2018
President Trump just attacked our intelligence agencies and law enforcement for doing their jobs while standing next to a dictator who intervened in our election to help elect Trump.— Adam Schiff (@RepAdamSchiff) 16 de julio de 2018
Putin will take this as a green light to interfere in 2018, and it is. Cowardly and shameful.
